Consecration to Saint Joseph

A special invitation from Melissa Hajdu.

Dec 8, 2020 to Dec 8, 2021 has been declared the year of Saint Joseph. We would like to invite you to join the parish in a consecration to
St. Joseph.

We will begin on Feb. 15 and the consecration will occur on March 19 – St. Joseph’s feast day. Each person will do the readings and prayers on their own and Fr. Hank and I will offer a short reflection every 3 days.

The book is available through Amazon, Target and other vendors as physical or e-book copies, and are available also at consecrationtostjoseph.org.

Please get your copy now and get ready for a wonderful spiritual journey.

I did this consecration at the beginning of COVID and again about 1 month ago with a friend. I pray to St. Joseph every day now and I have to say, it changed my life. The experience is a gift from God. Please join us!!!

More details will follow, but please, get your book now! Call me at the Parish Office (847-824-5049) if you have any questions.

St. Joseph Table Update

Because of pandemic restrictions this year, we are unable to host our festive St. Joseph Table. In place of the Table, perhaps you would consider making a monetary donation to St. Emily Parish. A generous portion of the monies received will be given to our St. Vincent de Paul Society. Last year, the St. Joseph Table was able to raise nearly $4,500 for the St. Vincent de Paul Society as they assist the poor, the hungry and the needy in our area. Checks can be made payable to St. Emily Parish, c/o Fr. Presta. If you would rather make a donation on-line, click here to go to our e-giving site.
