St. Emily Parish is sad to share the news of the passing of Sister Sylvia Golubski. Sister Sylvia was assigned to St. Emily School three different times during her convent life: 1968-1971, 1981-1984, 1998-2006. In 2013, she moved from the convent on Horner Street (just down from the church) and joined her Sisters at Holy Family Convent in Des Plaines.   Please remember Sister Sylvia in your prayers, as well as the Sisters and her family who mourn her loss.   Click here for Visitation and Funeral information.
