REGISTRATION, 2011 – 2012
PREVIOUSLY ENROLLED FAMILIES
Registration for 2011-2012 Religious Education in in progress now. Families who were enrolled in our program last Spring received a packet will all necessary registration materials and return instructions. If your children attended RE at St. Emily last year, they should already be registered for fall classes. FAMILY INFORMATION forms were due back on May 1, 2011. TUITION AGREEMENTS are due back on June 15, 2011 along with payment in full or the signed Automatic Debit Payment schedule. If you have misplaced your paperwork, please come to the office where you can fill out new forms while you wait.
If you are adding a younger sibling to the program, please remember to give us a copy of the Baptismal certificate.
