For Our Homebound Friends & Families

Our Ministers of Care are on call every day of the year, visiting the homebound, bringing them the Eucharist and the prayerful support of our parish family. If you know someone who is unable to be with us at Mass on Sundays because of illness or surgery, please let us know. Whatever length of time they are homebound, our Ministers of Care are here for them and for you. To arrange for a Minister of Care to visit, please call Gail at 847-824-5049. We are here for you. Our Ministers of Care bring the Eucharist to the homebound, offering their support and the prayers of our parish community. We are grateful for their abiding presence. As a faith community, we want to respond to one another especially when illness or injury challenges any one of us. Most hospitals no longer inform us of parishioners who have been admitted. So we rely on you, our parish family, to let us know when a friend or family member has been hospitalized or has become homebound due to ill health. Our pastoral ministers and Ministry of Care want to be present to you and to your loved ones in times of illness. But we need your help. Please call the parish office at 847-824-5049 whenever the need arises.
